Except the risotto none of 5 courses can be finished, all were well presented but food are very up to personal taste therefore would stop here. However, serving unclean cutlery is not the standard of Michelin restaurant. Found unknown sauce at the handle and I had to ask the server changed for us. Crumbs on the table had never been cleared from the beginning till the end (maybe my fault and should had my bread more carefully). Won't say anything if I was in Wetherspoons, but I was not. I must say that all staffs are nice and polite and was happy with them, just needs to go into detail as Michelin should be distinct from the ordinary.

The location never disappoints and the staff were as attentive and helpful as always. On past visits we have always had trouble choosing from the many interesting dishes on offer. This time however, we had difficulty finding something that appealed. The menu seems to be trying too hard to be different and each dish had so many ingredients they each seemed to be one step too far. I'm sure we'll visit again but it may not be for some considerable time.

Restaurant could have had more vegan and gluten free choices- I was offered a barely risotto as a main course, the waitress obviously wasn’t aware that barely contains gluten. There is a vegan menu. I asked for any kind of vegetable combination either grilled or sautéed (they brought me steamed vegetables) which was a little boring. The appetizer was vegan and gluten free and was very tasteful. The main could have been more creative. Cocktail bar next door. Go for the view, it’s on top of the Hilton Hotel and is gorgeous.
