We came to visit London for New Years from America and reserved a table some 2 months or so in advance. We were told a set price that both parties agreed on paying and we made a deposit (around $1300), however the day before New Year’s Eve they informed us that, for no apparent reason, the price increased 500 pounds ($700). We cancelled our reservation because this occurred to us as extremely unprofessional and made plans elsewhere with other friends in the city. We were PROMISED a refund within 7-10 business days, it is now February and they have ignored all contact from us and our lawyers regarding the refund. After hearing about everyone being refused entry we feel as if they would not have let us in anyways with or without a reservation. Go anywhere else literally this place is a huge scam.

I was there this night and on my way out they let me go with car way. There was a car bamp very invisible for the eyes. Suddenly I felt off. The security didn't help me even telling them I twisted my uncle. The only thing they told me was 'Move the way'!!!!
